Nicole: Well this place was made for the movies lord of the rings and the hobbit two every cool movies.

Lily: cool, When did the hobbiton become famous?

Nicole: In 1998, Sir Peter Jackson’s team of location scouts were searching for the iconic rolling hills and lush green pastures of Hobbiton.

Lily: who do you think this is for. Like what age group?

Nicole: well this place is good for families for if they are traveling.

Lily: is there any other fun fact that you could tell me about the hobbiton.

Nicole: sure, did you know this Film set area: covers approximately 12 acres thats a lot of land for a movie
